Ale pokud bych si m\u011bl dnes, v roce 2026 p\u0159edstavit jak asi takov\u00fd GIS vypadal, tak bych se pod\u00edval na GIS port\u00e1l m\u011bsta Litomy\u0161le. Ch\u00e1pu \u017ee mal\u00e9 m\u011bsto m\u00e1 omezen\u00e9 mo\u017enosti co se t\u00fd\u010de finan\u010dn\u00edch \u010di lidsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, ale toto je trag\u00e9die. Jeliko\u017e m\u011bstsk\u00fd GIS v Litomy\u0161li stoj\u00ed na jedn\u00e9 aplikaci na kterou b\u011b\u017en\u00fd ob\u010dan nej\u010dast\u011bji naraz\u00ed p\u0159i hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1vad, poj\u010fme si rozebrat hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1vad n\u00ed\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1vad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1vad je n\u011bco, co by za m\u011b m\u011bla m\u00edt ka\u017ed\u00e1 obec. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b ne ka\u017ed\u00fd je &#8222;aktivn\u00edm&#8220; ob\u010danem, ale toto je p\u0159esn\u011b ten zp\u016fsob jak zapojit nen\u00e1silnou formou ob\u010dany do chodu m\u011bsta (v\u00edc hlav-v\u00edc v\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Jak\u00e9 jsou mo\u017enosti?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed by m\u011blo b\u00fdt co nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Nejl\u00e9pe n\u011bjak\u00fdm jednoduch\u00fdm webov\u00fdm formul\u00e1\u0159em, kde u\u017eivatel nahraje fotografii a klikne na mapu pro lokalizaci probl\u00e9mu. Mo\u017enosti p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1vady v Litomy\u0161li?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aplikace ke sta\u017een\u00ed\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ano, ur\u010dit\u011b si chci stahovat dal\u0161\u00ed aplikaci abych nahl\u00e1sil z\u00e1vadu&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dokonce je k tomu i n\u00e1vod na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Age7zZi-e9o\">youtube <\/a>\ud83d\udc4c<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>emailem\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pro v\u011bt\u0161inu asi nejlep\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>telefonicky\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>jen v \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ani jeden ze zp\u016fsob\u016f nen\u00ed efektivn\u00ed a pohodln\u00fd. Jejich zobrazen\u00ed vy\u0159e\u0161ili jednoduch\u00fdm pluginem kter\u00fd do webu integruje jednoduchou mapku s n\u011bkolika body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ov\u0161em se standardn\u00ed mapou OpenStreetMap. Osobn\u011b si stoj\u00edm za n\u00e1zorem, \u017ee lidi maj\u00ed r\u00e1di to co znaj\u00ed a tud\u00ed\u017e v takov\u00fdchto map\u00e1ch bych s\u00e1hnul pro mapov\u00fd podklad od mapy.com. Ostatn\u011b ji\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e dva roky je mo\u017en\u00e9 tyto podklady zdarma pou\u017e\u00edt. Jeliko\u017e jsme port\u00e1l eduka\u010dn\u00ed tak se v dal\u0161\u00edm \u010dl\u00e1nku pod\u00edv\u00e1me na to, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem vytvo\u0159it jednoduch\u00fd GIS pro mal\u00e9 obce, kter\u00fd bude zcela zdarma a postaven\u00fd na opensource technologi\u00edch.
